The Amber Grant, initiated by WomensNet in 1998, is a heartfelt tribute to the memory of Amber Wigdahl, a young woman who, at just 19 years old, couldn’t see her entrepreneurial dreams come true. WomensNet continues this legacy by proudly awarding a minimum of $30,000 in Amber Grants each month. In recognition of the diverse range of women-owned businesses, they have expanded their grants to include Marketing Grants, and two $25,000 Year End Grants. Applying is a breeze, with a straightforward process. Plus, a single application automatically qualifies you for all grants relevant to your business. DoorDash and Hello Alice Restaurant Disaster Relief Fund
Disasters are unpredictable and can happen to anyone anywhere. The average small business loses $3,000 every day they remain closed due to a natural disaster. To aid restaurants in their recovery during times of urgent need, DoorDash and Hello Alice collaborated to establish the Restaurant Disaster Relief Fund. This fund offers support to restaurants affected by natural disasters such as fires, floods, and hurricanes, extending relief through grants of $10,000. Verizon Small Business Digital Ready
Verizon has announced a grant for small businesses through its Verizon Small Business Digital Ready program. In partnership with Next Street and LISC, they aim to empower small businesses in the digital economy. Small businesses can access over 40 free courses, mentorship, peer networking, 1:1 expert coaching, and grant funding incentives. Verizon’s initiative aligns with its goal to support one million small businesses by 2030, enabling them to thrive in the digital economy as part of its responsible business plan, Citizen Verizon. The Halstead Grant
Halstead annually awards a grant to a promising jewelry designer specializing in silverwork. The grand prize includes $7,500 in start-up capital, $1,000 in merchandise, industry recognition, and a valuable personalized feedback report from judges.
